I absolutely hate my period, and I was on the prowl for the longest time looking for some kind of leak proof period underwear that actually work. Sexy right? I'm not kidding when I say it started getting out of hand and annoying until I found a brand of women's menstrual underwear that honestly blew my mind. I tried so many different kinds of pads and tampons especially when I was a high school kid, but then one day my best friend claimed that she was using the best teen period underwear ever. I actually remember thinking "ew gross what's wrong with you?", but she was actually right. Before she could explain more about the menstrual underwear, I drew up the concept in my mind and thought "it's probably like a disgusting diaper that will be too baggy and I'd have to wash at the end of the day". I felt like a pretty cool kid running around in my comfy women's disposable underwear. I was sold when my friend told me that it is "women's disposable underwear"... not only because it was disposable, but also because I wouldn’t ruin anymore of my nice undies by having stains.
